I have this idea to help the youth generation to learn about finance since the majority of them either don't know or don't care.
I have friends saying I should network around facebook and invent my own web page. I even though of doing a newspaper until I realize that the young generation doesn't read as much as the elder generation, and plus i have to think of publishing cost so it knock that idea out the window.
I can make a web page but I actually want to make a profit out of it.
So I am at odds so can you give me some ideas?

Sell advertising space on the website. But you're gonna have to have enough traffic to interest potential advertisers. You get the traffic by providing good a good quality service including well written and informative information and articles that appeal to your target market. This encourages people to visit the site which is what will attract advertisers.

Bit more complex but that but thats a basic outline for ye.

Getting kids to read about finance? good luck!
But honestly, That is a great idea, I don't think many parents teach their children what they should know about finances before going out into the world.

Maybe the parents are the ones that need to be taught

Educate yourself, make yourself qualified in finance then start a club at your school and promote entrepreneurship and finance.

Are you targeting the US? Or the world in general?

I would say you need to get educated kids to write a lot of the content. As a teen, one of the things I find seriously patronising, is when adults speak to me like I am 10.
