What's this called that I want to do?

Okay, I'm close to starting my small biz. If it's successful, and I believe it will be, I'd like to be able to market the idea/concept to everyone via internet possibly as early as next year.
It's a seasonal business depending on geography, longer in the south, shorter season up north. It's geared to someone who wants a part time job with a target income of maybe 3-8k for the season by being their own boss in their own company. I'd market it by providing a business plan, a few templates, low costs, quick return on investments that can be reaped year after year. I'd offer it for something like $200 for the package. I would do this in addition to my own business, basically sharing what's worked for me. I'd offer some direction, but basically lay out the plan, the basic steps, advice and let them run with it.
It's not franchising, but it's close, yes? Basically a gameplan for someone who doesn't want a computer job, just needs a phone to take calls, make a few fliers, and either a truck or trailer and a place to store items for the next year. Thanks, Jim

I'm not sure, that's what I'm asking. I know this business of mine is going to bring in enough income to help pay down a credit card, that kind of thing. You're not going to get rich off it, but who couldn't use 4K or so over the summer? So once I show it's viable, profitable and works, how do I market what I do to others so they can also do it to make this kind of money? It's very local in nature, so one wouldn't be threatened by another like business say 30 miles away. I felt that with that broad of a stroke, that I could offer up what I do, lay out the blue prints to those that want to look into it, but at a cost of 200 bucks or so, nationwide and try to cash in. Are you saying it's just called a business offer? I figured there would be some other term for it.

Thank you 'online'. Yes, turnkey would be the term I was looking for.
