Ever since I saw the movie "Wall Street" I developed a strong desire to have my own business. I'm thinking about creating home-made veggie chicken salad. I have had this idea for about the last 2-3 years. The doubts kept creeping into my head whether this is a good or bad idea. I've read a book about how to get started. I just didn't have enough time or money to get this going. I would welcome any advice.
