    Business plan

    Hello Sohin,

I have reviewed the evaphone.com website and they said that there are many services offering free PC to phone calls but they are different because they allows you to make the calls directly from you browser.

If there's a lot of companies offering this service you'll need a real and very strong added value to differentiate from the competition and therefore exploit your niche market.

I don't know what's your idea to "done right" this service but be careful to plan well how are you going to monetize the traffic you'll get in your website.

Therefore my best advice for you is: make a business plan. I've written an article that includes a guide to make business plans, you can access it free.

    Hope it helps.

    Kind regards,

Seems pretty complicated unless you are already in the industry and have experience. I'd say switch to a business to something your familiar with personally. I dont really know too much about that so can't help you too much.

    hello,

Thanks for your input in this...well i know there are many services similar to this and that is why i think its not that hard to start up with the right people and right start up method i can start this up nicely... the reason i say this is different is if you have checked out evaphone.com you will see that the system doesnt work all the time and they have few issues with the site at times....what i want to start up does not only work with a browser but i can also have a 1800 number where people can call on the go or where ever there is a prepaid phone....i am sure to do good if i offer this service as all 1800 collect services cost a lot so i will win people that use 1800 collect services..... that alone can generate me a lot of people....if there are people that know about this field please contact me as i would like to start this up..... i have more ideas on how to better this idea and get traffic and make people aware of this service.

    thanks

    Thumbs up

They'd be willing to pay less that they can get it for now. For example I can get milk from the Delhaise and English Sunday papers from the Belgian newsagent that's 5 minutes drive from my house. Getting both delivered only makes sense to me if the cost was significantly lower, and I don't know how you would do that, sorry.
