    Starting up new company

I would like to talk to someone on my new startup of a non profit charity. I need to know everything from the general incorporation, website, business bank account, and legal issues that all come along with this. Please help, I am a college student trying to make a difference.

    We can help!

Hey, I work for a company called Vcorp Services- we form LLCs, incorporations & Non-Profits as well as do trademarks, 501c status filings and everything you'd need to start your non profit! We're a lot like Legal Zoom and CT Corp but with some key differences such as lower prices, quicker turnaround with other specialty services as independent director services.

You can check it all out on our website (they're not letting me post it because I'm new but it's just vcorpservices dot com- you know the drill haha).

Email me or feel free to give us a call at 1888-528-2677 if you have any questions.

I wish you the best of luck- I know how it goes being in college and trying to make things happen! I hope we can help you out.

    Sincerely,
    Marissa

    Do these in this order
    Incorporate
    Get your 501c3
    Get your business license
    Get your solicitation license
    Pay your state bond
    Get a bank account

Then you can get started... Needed Capital about $15,000. There is no other way to do this legally.

Should you need assistance with your formation (to save costs you can do this on your own) and finding out about any legal issues you may encounter we offer a 1/2 hour consult for $50.
Please email me if you are interested.

    Best wishes.

Is the capital the same for a Profit business? I want to make a business that I can obtain a business bank account which people can write checks to my business name. How do I do that legally?
