Starting group travel

Does anyone have a ideas on starting a group travel business??

definitely travel to a lot of places, or meet and talk with a bunch of people that like to travel. see what they like, and what annoys them. ask them about their worst travel experiences and try to build your business around NOT doing that lol.

if i were you, i would try and go small with friends and friends of family. mainly acting as a broker for their vacations, after awhile they will start referring their friends to you and then you can contact the local newspapers(source of mass media) to tell them about the business you are starting.
