    Starting an online store.

    Hello,
I am 16 and thinking of setting up an online store, I have a supplier of the products I want to sell and have set up an e-commerce store but I am completely in the dark about any legal stuff I need to do. I am not a regestered business, just a 16 year old guy. What do I need to do, if anything atall? For example do I need to collecy tax, and who do I give it to?

I am located in the uk and looking to sell in the us.

Considering you are young, you and your parents may want to discuss your options with an attorney. Our office has aided other young entrepreneurs get up and running. Please give me a call at the number located in my signature. I can set you up with a consultation with one of our attorneys that can give you the information needed.
