Starting a website: "FACEBOOK,YOUTUBE, & MYSPACE EFFECT"

Starting a website can be very profitable if there is something people WANT. I have been wanting to tap into this market for since, "the birth of"YOUTUBE, MYSPACE AND FACEBOOK. I have been analyzing the reasons of what makes these sites so successful and came to conclusion that they were able to make people "ADDICTED"(yes). Just like a bad habit or drug problem, they are able to make people continue "abuse". They have loyal customers. I don't want to start another youtube, myspace or facebook, but would like start something to have that same "ADDICTION" factor that they possess. I just need to know what can i start that hasn't been done or something very specific that people can not get enough of. Let me know...

Website designing & development both are co related words. Both have great impact on each other. If you have website with great functionality, it's really good but it's not the guarantee of success without a beautiful design or template. Same words are for the website with good design but have no functionality and usability.
