Starting a Lifestyle Design Firm.

Hi All,

It's been a long time since I've visited this site. But during this time I've been busy starting a lifestyle design firm. We now have a design firm based out of Chennai, India. We've entered the market as a leather fashion maker (handbags, wallets, jewelery)here over the past 3 months and have been getting good responses. However as our designs target street fashion and I have a belief that it would be great to get to the US, Europe and Japanese market. I wonder if I could have a word with anyone from the fashion scene in these markets and have some advice as to how one could enter the street fashion scene in these destinations.

Hi,

I just read your post. Sounds pretty cool. Do you have a site where your goods are located? There are a couple factors to consider when trying to enter the U.S. however I think you can do it fairly effortlessly with the help of the internet. I think with a strong site, a great product, some strategic marketing tips, and a little luck you will be in the streetwear scene in no time.
