Small Online Store

I've been reading around and couldn't find answers to the following. Say, you found a niche and decide to put out an online apparel store. Will you need all of the following?

LLC, Trademark, Sales ID, Tax ID,etc

If not what will one need for a small online store, t-shirts, shoes and such.

Hmm at the very least you would need an LLC or other type of business license, and a sales tax id. Honestly, I am not a huge fan of getting tons of licensing etc.. until the business gets off the ground, just get what you need. pay your taxes and be merry.
