Shop Idea

Hi , my name is Ian
i am looking for some ideas for a shop
I havent bought it yet but if i get a good idea i would be willing to Buy
the shop is located inbetween a Spar shop and a chinese .
i was wondering what it could be turned into because it has been shutdown for Years .
Any Suggestions ?

i think its a bit hard to give you any ideas just on the above imformation....

what kind of area is the shop in? as people in that area are going to see your shop day in and day out so there the people who are more likely to buy from you so i would take a step back look at the surrounds and maybe that will help you in your idea department!

that would be my first line advise to you

It will be helpful if you write a detailed description of the place,i.e. describe it- footfall (average) ,neighborhood (avg income,class of people,spending habbit.....) ,visibility (if u plan 2 open a showroom).....

What are your products and services? Is your shop accessible by lots of people?I suggest conduct a market research, create your business plan and calculate details objectively.
