Renting first office tips

My business has outgrown a room in my house so I'm looking to rent my first office. As apartments are cheaper to rent than offices I think it'll really be an unfurnished apartment that I'll furnish myself. About 70 sq meters (750 sq feet)

Any advice on renting my first office?

I tried the apt idea... not a good one... think about it.. what if you want a customer to visit? What if you need to do a meeting? Also, many apt building will not allow you to run a business from an apt.
