Question about Shipping-Receiving

Hopefully someone around here has some experience with this type of thing:

Basically all I want is to be able to pickup packages from customers- For ex. I get a email from a customer that he wants to send me something. Whats the best way to fill in the gap between the customer wanting to send me something and me getting that.

Keeping in the mind I want it to be really easy for the customer and I prefer for them to not pay shipping. Is the best way for me to send them a prepaid envelope? Can I prepay UPS/fedex/etc. to pickup their package for me? I know there is more than 1 way of doing this, what do you guys recommend?

USPS offers customer pickup, so I guess you could send a prepaid envelop/package and maybe have the customer let you know when its ready to be picked up, then try and schedule a pickup with usps...I havent really looked into it, but you can check USPS - The United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service) to get more details. Im not even sure what the rules are for it, but worth checking out...Hope that helps
