I was watching a youtube clip of self made millionaire Jordan Wirsz:

Basically he got a start in business by being an aircraft broker on the internet. I don't have alot of start-up capital so I'm seriously thinking about becoming a broker and making an income from commission.

My idea is instead of connecting buyers and sellers with air craft, I have much more experience with cars. Would it be possible for me to create a basic site to find people who are trying to sell high end/expensive cars who don't want to take the time to list them? Then I would create a classified ads on online sites like ebay, Craigslist, etc and possibly even in some magazines/newspapers. Then once I connect buyer and seller, the seller would pay me a percentage of the sale.

Is this a good concept? Any opinions/suggestions?

It's been done. In fact, I do that myself, specifically through the auctions. Your main issue will be getting people to pay and what happens if you purchase a car and they back out. You have to get a down payment to cover any potential losses on your re-sale. You also will need to find your own specific niche.

I do this for a living. You can make good money with these types of programs. The key is supply. You need to have at least one volume consignor if you are going to make a living off it.
