niche business for muslims

I have an idea for starting a business targeting muslims.

I know muslims are particular about their food, and may want other specific things in place. I am from the Caribbean, so i was thinking about starting a hotel booking business for muslims.

Customers would come to me, and I would let them know which hotel meets their needs, like when it comes to food etc.

Do you think this can work?

I would appreciate any advice you can give me.

Certainly it is an idea I would put some time into evaluating. I can't say if it will be a success. (What is the price the market will bear? Can you profitably provide the service at a market rate? How will you find customers?) But it sounds promising enough to pursue some market research, in my opinion.

I plan to offer the service to honeymooners, mainly from the US.

I am thinking that I may also have to act as a travel agent, to make a decent profit. What do you think?
