    New start up

    hi all,

i'm currently in the process of starting up a System Integration company with 1 business partner in singapore, we are trying to secure a $100,000 loan from bank. with that as our capital, we have agreed that we will only get an allowance for the 1st year in order to keep our salary cost low. with this amount of capital, is it recommanded for us to get an office space? what should be the max rental that we can afford with the capital? we are targeting to breakeven within the first year of operation.

    appreciate any comment given .

if you can get 5-10 % of your loan to rent an small office, that will make you running smoother, any way!
