New Profit Corporation, need help and advice.

I need to file as a Profit business. I would like to need to know to be able to have a company name, business bank account etc. I am a college student starting from scratch, please help. I am in the state of Louisiana, and a college student. Please help!

I would get together with one of your professors, or one from the business department. They could probably help you more than I could. They would be able to be hands on, whereas I can only type to you.
