    New LLC- need help

Hello, I have just started a new llc and need a little help. First off, I would like to know if any of you have any advice on accounting software. Our business is a landscape design llc, with the possibility of a couple of employees. We are located in CT. Also, are there any good websites out there to help small businesses?
    Thanks for your help

Assuming you are located in the US (which you may not be...), check out SBA.gov. There is a great amount helpful resources and links to other sites. Also, check out smallbiztrends.com.

As far as accounting software goes, try Intuit Quickbooks. They are probably the most widely used and trusted software for small businesses.

You can use quickbooks online for free. it is the basic version, but is usually enough for most small businesses. you can always upgrade later to a pay version and all data will transfer easily.

    Smile Accounting Software

I hate to sound old school. But you can never go wrong with quick books. Seriously. Their might be some new age companies out there (I believe I came across one called Peachtree) but quickbooks still stands strong. Plus, it integrates well with the whole payment process.

Freshbooks might also be a great option.

If you plan to bill using e-mail and already have a merchant account. Google offers a free service for this. My business partner handles the accounting so if you need further details feel free to shoot me an e-mail
