Well actually let me back up. I am looking to start a business that will allow me some seed money at least. I don't care if it is dog day care, house sitting, baby sitting, landscaping, cleaning businesses, business brokering, etc... I just need a clean business model that will allow me to subcontract, or, hire people without having to leave my home. I read two people started businesses in which they closed on the leads and had someone do the work. One was a baby sitting business the other was a cleaning business.

I want to create something a little bit more extreme that don't require tech skills(no tech skills). I was thinking about cleaning, business consultant, or, middleman deal making. In all cases I would like to outsource all the work(including research). Why? Because I want to prove that their is room to create a business with zero money. It is called the law of abundance, everything we need is already here(6 billion people on the planet, some have talent!). I want to know has anyone here done it before. If so, how did you work out price points more importantly how did you structure payments. Also, how did you find the researcher etc,.
