    Need help with investors

I am opening up a bakery and I have written out my entire business plan and financial projections. The entire project will cost around $100,000. How do I go about having investors in my company? I know some people that are interested in giving me around $20,000 to help start the company up. What kind of interest should they receive? Any help would be appreciated.

Investors give you money for equity in the company. You don't typically ower them interest. Lenders give you money that must be paid back (loans) and interest is typically owed. If you want to use yours friends or families money, you should still consult with a lawyer to draft the appropriate agreements.
