Need help with a few details...

I'm going to get my IT service company rolling and have a few questions.

    1. Should I have employees or some form of subcontractor? I have 2 guys that are ready to begin working, and have agreed on a reasonable wage per hour for them. I'm uncertain how to set them up, and what would be easiest and safest for me as an owner. I would like to do subcontracting for ease, if possible. What should I look out for?

    2. I'm looking at being the sole proprietor for ease at this point. My business is networking/small business IT/consumer IT/Web design. Is there anything I should be aware of with this business type going into a sole proprietorship?

    I appreciate the guidance,

    Justin

subcontractors if you are starting out. you would have them on-call and if things go well put them on as an employee and train them to manage other IT people.
