Wow, you live in Naples, very interesting, my family has been going their since I was 5! I noticed Naples is now attracting much younger crowds with Coconut Point and what not. It seems more is moving north to Estero and what not. I like the new Mercato shopping center as well, very nice. Your business plan seems interesting.
