Work hard, save money; make plans along the way, plan for a unique club think of incentives that make it different from all the others, start the cheapest first, and make sure your services are exceptional when you get enough money start the other company, before expanding the clubs to other cities, this way you have a good foundation and ability to improve and increase your services offered.

This is just a very vague overview on how things could go, not to say there are no other methods or means.

    Hope that helped.

Knowledge is definitely an eye opener!

Perhaps you can start with the construction, as it is something you are familiar with, have an expertise in and are most likely, willing and very able to talk about it, write about it and profit from it.

Make sure you plan things out - find others that have done what you want to do and seek their advice and even allow some to mentor you, when possible.

Take a look at this trend graph - you can drill down to your local demographic if you like and even change the queries: Google Trends: remodeling, home improvement, new construction, how to build

You could probably stand to capitalize on any of these niches or even drill deeper and dominate a niche with a simple blog where you give the "how-tos" about that industry and, of course, serve up affiliate links, develop a subscriber base and even sell advertising on. You could make a simple ry for under 100 bucks and profit for years to come.

Just take your time, think it through and write out your plan. I'm sure, if you do this, and follow your plan, you'll create a great revenue stream for every one of your interests!

By the way, one of the best, and cheapest online training clubs I've ever seen is:
Maverick Money Maker Series - Exclusive Online Training Club

I'm working on a secret vault of video training, but until I launch it, this is one of the very best training sites on the net, hands down!
