OK well if thats correct, then you are offering a serivce thats cheaper then everyone else, and thats great. That is what I was trying to get at.

But I would like to make a suggestion, Using myself as an example. It looks more expensive to me when I see 20 cent color copies with free shipping ( 250 copies = $50) Then to see 10 cent color copies (250 copies = $25 but say theres a $25 shipping charge. It looks to me asif I got a better deal with the 10 cent guy even when it was the same. Idn maybe you can take that as a marketing experiment. ( The whole debate we just had)

I see what you're saying. When I was putting everything together, I was thinking from the mindset that the customer gets the whole price as soon as they get to our site. What they see as the total really is their total. Not a penny more is owed.

But I do see how that portrays us as more expensive if everyone is expecting to be paying S&H on top of the $0.20 per page. So, in your opinion, which do you think would be better: over-emphasizing the fact that the price is what it is and there are no additional costs for shipping (over-emphasizing to the point where you couldn't miss it if you hit our homepage) or changing the pricing structure to exclude the shipping. I'd love your input (and everyone else's too).

Well you have to think of it this way.

Do I want to attract MORE customers by lowering prices?
Or do I wanna Make an impression that may KEEP customers for the long run when they realize there re no "hidden-fees"

Thats a tough one beucase you would certainly attract more customers by lowering your price, but will they return to you when they see your shipping price?

Idn good luck though, i may be a customer one day ;]
