themisfithitman, let's be honest: you are way too ambitious. You are trying to get done as much as possible with as little as possible. Your post shouldn't even have gone past the no-money problem. Forget everything else; start here. After you have enough money, worry about the other things. If you change your mind about the entire idea at some time, you will still have extra cash in your pocket.

The first question, of course, is capital. Before establishing capital, you've moved on to other things. You can't do that.

See other threads on how to create capital. That's where you should begin.

I think jasaunders just asked all the questions I was asking about the project. I always think of the financing last. If my idea is good, I will trim the capital requirement until I am able to do it. I always remember Microsoft was started i a garage.
