looking to open up a hookah lounge....

hi im looking to open up a hookah lounge near my school since i see that there are many many people that like to smoke but they have nowhere to go and smoke..plus this gives under 21 people a place to hang out... i was just wondering if anyone had any advice on how to start... thanks

Do all the research you can, then you need to sit down with an Attorney and ask him all the critical questions, like:

1. Do I need any special license for this type of business?
2. Do I have to regsiter with any govt agencies?

etc...

I pay 184 an hour for my Attorney, and he's been a big help!. Pay the money, because you'll be glad you did. You'll learn things you never thought about.
