Looking for help with my Website...maybe a Website Consultant?

Hello,
I am in the process of being apart of this company bedbathnmore.com. They built a website a couple months ago but haven't really had the time to keep up with it. They used yahoo to build a store which is basically what the website is made from. So it is not professionally done. I am wondering where I can find a website consultant to help me through the process of getting this website on track. I know all about the marketing but dont know exactly how to implement it. This website draws traffic and It is not even on google or anything. I want to begin to expand it and make it bigger. Anyone know where I can get in touch with some web site consultants?
