LLCs - Only for US Residents?
Are LLCs only required if your a US resident? Or can anyone everywhere apply for it?

Hey, this is an article about a man who has a foreign business partner binded in his LLC. This may or may not tell you if you can form an LLC but it will tell you that if you can (which I think you can aslong as your Doing business in america) how to file your taxes, and what you need to pay.

Again, this isnt the best article as to what your looking for, but hey, somethings better then nothing.
