I'm confused, a liquor store yet you wouldn't sell liquor?

If this was the case wouldn't it just be considered a convenience store?

I think you may have spent a little too much time at the marijuana store before brainstorming this idea.

    I agree

However, if you got on the right track with the concept you could have something. i'm sure the marijuana booth would create a demand. You might be better of getting a peddlers license and setting up a snack booth or something rather then renting an entire store. Low profit margin prolly wouldnt cover location cost.

I have to agree with Nick above me. The less overhead costs you can occur would be best. A stand would be your best bet to avoid this, but do you have any experience running a store?

    A few things to consider:

If the federal government shuts down the marijuana store, will you still be in business?

Legally the federal government is able to do so since it is still considered illegal in the U.S. just the State of California put it into effect.

Why does every post of yours go to your business partner program instead of answering his question. If you can't give spamless advice don't give any.

I dont understand, just because they sell pot doesn't mean people are smoking it in there...therefore why dont you open up a smoke shop, sell pipes/bowls/tobacco/cigars all for which is for tobacco use only etc. then in there you can also have a smoking lounge room with snacks available

Whatever you do, sell these following items:

    1. Pop tarts
    2. Hamburgers w/ fries
    3. Ice cream sundays

Pot heads live by these three foods. Fail to serve any one of these items, and you wont make it very long lol.

That sounds a very clever idea, a smoking room aswell would allow you to sell everything at way inflated prices like a bar but also stock a huge range of food.
