    Juice/Beverage Company; Advice Needed.

    .
    .
Hello! I discovered this forum 5 days ago and I've been reading it since. Very good place.

Anyways I just turned 18 and my interest in entrepreneurship has been steadily growing over the years.
I have come up with many ideas for a business but one of them I think stands out - I want to make and sell
a juice/beverage product that will eventually be commercially sold in grocery stores. Think of the brands
Arizona or Tropicana... only not with oranges or tea.

Right now I do not know much. The fruit can be grown in most southern states (usa) and the plants only
produce fruit once a year. Will I grow my own fruit? Or will I buy it from a supplier and then simply make/package/sell it?
I doubt I could even find a supplier for the fruit, so I will probably have my own “orchard” so to speak. The fruit that I
will make juice out of is easy to grow, fairly unknown by the general public, and tastes great.

What do you guys think? What do I need to do? What sort of legal documentation do I need to certify me
to “industrially” produce juice? How do I get it off the ground and get going? How do I make my product? How do I patent/copyright
it? What would I need to do to get my product on store shelves? And… what would be a good name for a juice beverage company?

Theres so much I don’t know, I would love to hear y'alls input on this. Thankyou!

    Juice

What would make your juice better then anyone else's? Why should people buy yours? What makes yours unique? Grocery stores are not just going to buy it because your offering it, they need to be able to sell it. What's your catch? hooking point? claim to fame? An oreo is famous because no one ever thought of a cookie sandwich before, it was original, people wanted to buy it.

There is a million and one different juices out there who have a name and a niche, your going to need to really come up with something good and original to make it a million and two.

    name - thunder juice
