I've done a lot of research on the subject...what do you think?

I've been trying a lot of different things on the internet to find a business that I liked...and I realized that with every business I developed these websites.

People really like them, think they're designed by a professional, but I've put the sites together (I'm a little bit of a tech-y) plus I'm using Wordpress to build them.

I started doing some research to see if business owners especially small business owners, want to run their own sites and have control over their own sites rather than having to hire a web designer every time they want to change the copyright on their website.

I was thinking about information products (video based) where I could show people exactly what I do to build my websites...? What do you guys think?

You can do it

I think it is a good idea, but it will be very competitive. There are a lot of templates out there for websites that do not require you to know HTML or PHP.

I think it could be done, but it will take a lot of work and marketing.

Good luck sir!

Thanks Sportsfan,

I did notice that there were A LOT of people selling templates so I decided to approach it from a different angle (one I will do my best to make successful).

When I plan out a website I do the entire thing on paper, the placement of things on the home page, having the important things above the fold, how many ways I can monetize it, build a list and start using social media & ppc to drive traffic to it.

I felt like people would want to know how to do that without having to pay someone to do it for them...we'll see.

Thanks again for your comments.
