Ive been in contact with a independent manufacturer for years now. We have done small business ventures together but nothing major. He has the production warehouse and I have the business idea and designs. How do I go about with the deal. Is it safe to say that I will give him 40% stake in the company if he provides samples then eventually produce my products. I want to be in control but at the same time I want to get this up and running with someone trustful. Did I mention the guy lives in Australia and his warehouse is in Singapore! Whats going to keep him from just taking my designs and making them himself?
