Hello there, I am new to this site but from my browsing have seen some very good information and help being handed out.

I am currently working with two other partners to open a Hookah Bar/Club for 18 and older. We have all worked at hookah bars in the past and know the running like the back of our hands but the opening isn't exactly a walk in the park!

I am currently attempting to write the business proposal to get a loan for the startup. We are opening in Moscow, ID where there is already 1 other hookah bar. The demographics match perfectly for the business plan, as well as there are 3 college towns within distance of the town.

Any help or pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!!!

I know that the profit for this type of business is there specially with the suppliers we will be working with, but help on how, and what may be needed for this proposal would be great, as well as any help or 'insider' knowledge on how to get a loan!
