Lightbulb Flipping houses in a well growing area

Hello, I live in a well populated area and as of now and the next couple of years our once small town is turning into a large city. It is a well kept suburbia and i was wondering if there might be a chance for lots of profit. New or updated home are saling for 300k plus and there are multiple for sale. I am a young entrepreneur(16) and was wondering is there anyway I can start a home flipping business at this age? I know I would need a huge loan. I've taken classes on real estate, contracting, home interior and business in school and I get the general idea of what i'll need. There are multiple real estate agents in my family, a contractor(my father) and multiple home interior designers. I have good, cheap sources and a good idea that I have wanted to do since I was young, how and when can I get started?

I do not think he can sign any paperwork for a property till he is 18. Doesn't matter if he has a cosigner or not.

i should get a family member who is already itno the business to start it and you can take care of a lot of the things
but you will run into tons of issues with legalities at 16
