Hello Everyone ,
I'm looking to open a wedding & baby favors online. My question to all retailers is how does everyone keep track of their customers? Do you have everything on excel? Also , do you file eveything by customers name or by invoice # .Do you make your own invoice # or do you buy those sales receipt book? Please share how you organize everything . I need a system on how I would do this, I have no clue and I would like to start off organized.
