Hello all,

I am currently looking into starting my own marketing business with a group of like minded uni friends within Tasmania, Australia. Basically i see it as a perfect opportunity, given the chance i have to utilise the massive resources available to me while i'm studying. Also i am able to utilise the many uni students wanting to do work on the side to fund there studies on a commission basis.

So what are my legal requirements regarding commission based employees? (I am welcome to the advice of people from other countries as well) Also, what am i required to do regarding an individuals design copyright? Do they have to release their work to me through some form of contract?
