I didn't say that you couldn't offer a menu of services. You just have to be prepared to off full service. If the customer chooses to have you do less thats fine.

Every state/region/city/town etc is different and what works in one area might not work in another. I agree with your concept of just getting out there and making something happen, but I strongly believe a quick marketing study/survey should be done. It doesn't have to be a long or complicated but something should be done before inventory and equipment is purchased. That's my opinion for what's it worth
