Almost the Perfect Storm..

Don't you wish you had the perfect partner for you perfect ideas ?
　
A bit about me.. I have 3 perfect domains... and some more but just want to make these for now.

[-] Search Engine : 6 letter domain.. Brandable..Catchy.. Easy to remember.. You spell it how you say it..No unnecessary letters.. (bought out every major domain extension and major country domain (Germany, Japan, Taiwan, Korea ect.)

[-] IMG Host : 7 letter domain..super catchy..might even be bigger than Photobucket/tinypic in the future ( I bought major and going to buy major country domains)

[-] Blog Host : 8 letter domain...very catchy.. and have a lot of ideas for this ( I bought major and going to buy major country domains)
　
I already have us trademark and looking to get 3 more...also looking into Japan trademarks and into buying a server(s) right off the bat not rent.
　
So in total by then end i will probably spent already about $5000 in few servers, domains, and trademarks...which in fine since im not pass my budget.

Since some of my skills are..
- Coding (I'm better at editing/modifying than coding from scratch)
- Designing ( I know my limits..)
- Have Experience in IT..Cpanel, Windows server, Networking, Streaming, and bit of Linux.
- Trilingual.. English and a bit of Japanese and Chinese (mandarin)
- Very interested in different Asian countries...and would be interested in developing the japan/chinese versions of the websites
- Have very creative ideas when advertise/marketing websites
- Always have new ideas
　
　
I would be looking for someone who...

- Always wants a professional look for the company
- Has new ideas daily
- Never becomes aggravated...just takes a break and thinks it though and comes back and gets it done.
- Gets arrogant when it comes to the company and "stuff" he belives in.
- Is very business minded...however loves what he does.. and feels good when at least he has one dedicated user using our website..
- Will learn "something" to get that "something" accomplished
- Can Code
- Has a bit of designing skills
- Speaks a couple of languages
- Interested in different European countries (since I'm interested in asia)
- Always looks towards the future and doesn't worry about the pass
- Mature
- Doesn't use stupid leet speak..
　
　
　
In the past when I had partners making webhosting companies and other websites...it was the worst...all of the 6 partners I had... It just seems you can never find the right person.. From them just being immature to lazy to them just going crazy deleting stuff.

I just have this feeling in my stomach that these websites can be so big. I would like to have a partner so it will grow twice as fast and just someone to talk to and relate..　

So here are some questions

1) Since I already bought everything...should i get a partner.. I Feel it can go both ways horrible wrong or extremely well.. (2 is better than 1 right ?)

2) Has anyone find the perfect business partner ?

3) Anyone have the same experience with partners like me and feel like this ?

(also I'm not looking for a partner quite yet so don't take this post as looking for a partner its just a....rant ?)

You will have a very hard time finding a business partner with all of those qualities. It is more likely that he will possess some of those qualities but he will have other weaknesses that you will have to compensate for. I think you are looking for the right characteristics though, and you seem like you have a clear idea of where you want to go with your business.
