Hi everyone! I'm a licensed Esthetician (skin..etc) and i'v had my very own airbrush tanning business for a few years now. I started out mobile, and the past 7 months i'v been in a very well know, very nice, pricey gym doing the airbrush tanning - still my business, i just have my room in there - Anyway i have a great opportunity to get my own shop (which is my goal, i just thought it would be happening in a few years). Im 23 and the only experience i have in running my business is what iv been doing, tanning parties, and in Bally Total Fitness. I pretty much do all the airbrush tanning in south louisiana, i have a HUGE clientele and i know i would have even more business if i had a REAL studio and not just a room. My issue is i just dont know how to run a studio! How does it work when you get an actual place? How do i make a plan? Do i need an advisor? I know this will work and do amazing, it already is awesome! Im just ready for the next phase, and i want to be the first airbrush tanning studio in louisiana I have the passion and am a great worker, just ready to get in there and figure this out. How do i make a plan? I have a friend who is giving me money to make it an up scale location, so that part is take care of. I do know that i want my employees to be estheticians..and that ill need a receptionist and another airbrush tanning system...what else??
