Advice needed for a business noob..

This is my first post/thread so apologies in advance if I'm a bit of a noob at this but here goes..

Well, I'm a 15 yr old living in the UK and I have been interested in business for a good few years now. I have looked at so many different options (most of which have just lead to a dead end with my age being the issue). Then recently I read something interesting about an ebay business.

Since I already have an ebay account and am familiar with how the site works I thought this could really work for me. I have read around a little and done some research but it's a little overwhelming as to where to start. Obviously buying wholesale goods is a must since I will be re-selling, however, as to which wholesalers are free to use (don't require an upfront fee to join) and which product(s) to buy, I'm clueless. Not having any experience with wholesalers or products which will sell over and over on a site suchas ebay, I was wondering if I could get any help here?

I have access to costco which I believe is very good for bulk/wholesale goods and was wondering if this would be a good starting block?

I'm going to be 16 in two weeks if this helps at all.

So my questions really are, any tips on an ebay business with little start-up money needed, what wholesalers to use (costco?) and which products to start with. Mostly interested in products since ebay sells so much that (even after searching through ebay pulse) I can't manage to find out exactly what sells over and over for an okay price.

Edit: Oh also, I was just reading around this forum and wondering if there was anyone in the fasion/clothes industry who I could ask a few questions to? I have always been interested in fasion and possibly doing some of my own things in the future. I could easily get somethings designed since I have loads of ideas.
However, the only thing holding me back in how on earth I would go about getting them made. I have absolutly no idea where to send my designs in order to get someone to produce them, where to buy materials from (if I'd personally need to purchase them) and how many I'd have to get made in one batch (as in could I get a small number made at first or do they need to be mega bulk orders to get somewhere to produce them?).
