    Advice for my bar...

The recession may have hit but if there's one thing the Brits like to spend the little money they have left on... it's alcohol. There ain't no boozer like a British boozer...
We are looking at procuring an already established small drinking hole in the trendy area of Portobello Road, London... it will be kitsch, it will be cosmopolitan and it will be right down the street of the residents of this fantastic W11 location... literally.
We are looking at an investment of £200,000 either from one source or a few different places. Does anybody have any advice as to where we can go for investment or who we can speak to?!

    Thanks a lot,

    All @ Moonface

I would say go to the local govt business help centres in London and they could give you a hand in finding investors for it

I remember years ago, my uncle, who lives in London, telling me that in order to purchase a pub you had to be a man and wife combination. Not sure how true that was considering my uncle is quite the story teller but you should look into it.
