I have been thinking here recently about the number of empty retail spaces, and the number of homes in forclosure. If one would find property and turn it into something beneficial to the community, it would be a win win situation. Also another area of emphasis would be to purchase forclosed homes, and revamp them into zero energy homes or energy efficient homes. Two questions, how much capital would be needed, and what do you think?
