The site is call minewords.com and i want to create the site on books. A place to promote, sell and buy books, ebooks, magazines, cliff notes, used text books, etc. Also People could promote their publish or non publish book for $99 for six months and we take 4.5 to 5% per sale. We give people promotion on the website as well as giving them a page. For example thebook.minewords.com where they could advertise their book on the page. Also the top 50 best selling books of the week would be in a section of our website. When people come to website they would find it automatically. I honestly don't know if its a good idea and on top of it i dont know alot about html and designs or websites. I am completely lost in that field. Or i could go the easy route and start the website on affiliates for amazon or barnes and noble, etc. And setup adsense and other affiliates on the site. What do you think? I want your honest opinion. Also, will it be difficult to create a website like that. Thank you and i hope to hear you opinions. I will greatly apprecaite it.

Going the affiliate route sounds much more reasonable to me. Amazon is certainly the giant in the industry, and it would be difficult to take business away from them as opposed to bringing business to them and getting paid for it.

However, don't let this answer stop you from being unreasonable!
