it depends on the product - some require young entrepreneurs and others require old entrepreneurs with experience.

I would prefer to have a mixture of both but like you siad i have to choose one and i would go for young entrepreneurs

Old for decisions, new for ideas. Old entrepreneurs are wise enough not to jump at every creative idea they have without thinking it through. Young ones think of creative ideas more often.

If it had anything to do with the latest technology - young. For tried and true business know-how - old.
