    Says LLC is $245.00 and Corp is $195. Once again I appreciate all the help.

    An LLC may be sufficient. It really depends, however, on whether you intend to bring on equity partners at some point in the future. If so, a corporation would be the better choice. Otherwise, an LLC should be sufficient - it is somewhat easier to manage from a legal standpoint (though a corporation is not difficult, by any means).

    Then I would go with the LLC. Although it may be a bit more expensive to setup, it will generally be less expensive to maintain in the long run (annual filing fees, etc). And remember, too, that you can always change the structure later on, if you find one is not working - it's just easier (and best) to setup with the one you really do plan to use.
