1) Not to clutter yer FAQ's - but you may want to think about adding a "How to preserve the rose?" (variable answers on the web: ie:
link) - or maybe a reference insert in your packaging. That way the uniqueness of the gift can be revisted by the receiver - and possibly help you with word of mouth and/or return customers...
2) May want to promote more that these are *fresh* flowers - I know it's mentioned - but there's almost an ambiguousness to your descriptions that there may be a 'not'-fresh - as in fake - rose option available to purchase from you as well. And some of those pictures - look a little shiny - which could lead customers to not see how cool it is that yer actually printing on a *fresh* flower.
