Hello People I am looking for a an experienced web page developer.

I am just a student and im cheap so im looking for someone who is possible in the same situation and is not going to charge abouve abour $200

You must have some examples of your work for me to have a look at.

I am after a web page that will be alot like a realestate's with a script for searching specific things.

If you want to be that demanding while only having $200 to pay, I suggest going to elance.com. I did www.home-flip.com for $250. It involved creating a professional landing page, re-doing the color schemes for her classifieds site that is connected, and basically just an overall cleanup on that same site. I could do something similar for you. I never go under $200 though
