Hello,

My name is Robert DeVore and I am in the process of setting up my web design company website www.cre8tiv-vision.com (it currently is using an old layout and has old samples of work on it). I am redesigning the website with a more web 2.0 feel, and adding 10+ websites to the portfolio I have done since the last time I updated the website.

What I am looking for is people to join our sales team and earn 25% per referral. Each website's base price is $200.00 so you are looking at $50.00 per sale with the possibility of more due to the clients wanting extras like flash, ect.

We are also putting together some cash bonuses for sales team members who sell more than 10 amount of websites for us per month, and also raising your percentage for the following month to 50% per referral. If you keep selling 10 or more websites after the first month, you will stay at your 50% referral bonus as well as even bigger cash bonuses at the end of the month.

Cre8tiv Vision Web Solutions would like to hire 4-5 eager people who know that selling website designs would not be a problem for them. No age group. you could be 2 years old, or 200 years old as long as you can generate sales.

Is that your end-product website? Just curious- there are a few things that you guys could add to make it truly professional... When I look for a design company, I look for a well-built site on their end, first and foremost... If the company I am looking at can not build themselves a website up to par, then how can I entrust them with my money, lol. Overall, a very good and functional website, just missing a few features that I think would greatly enhance the overall format and look.
