Hi,

We're looking to target web site designers who could speed up their internal processes by using a content management system, and who in turn service small to medium-sized businesses. Whiteboard is not an HTML editor (it's a CMS), so the more HTML our customers know, the better. That being said, we are working on integrating an editor into the product for those who don't know HTML in order to widen our target market.

i checked out your site.. and it looks like its a desktop product {so to speak} for windows platform? And one would have to host with you in order to "use" your CMS. I've seen this kind of business model about, but how many can tell me it really works.

What's your hosting specs like? Guaranteed uptime over say the past 3 months? ...etc

We've had about 99.99% uptime over the past three months. Whiteboard is not a Windows-based program; it works purely over the web. It runs on Macintosh, UNIX, or any other OS that supports a web browser.

As a reseller, you would charge your client your own price for Whiteboard, and then pay us for it at a slightly discounted rate.

Yes... it runs on all platforms. Which is good. But I'd suggest you "market" it to designers and have your product listed on Hotscripts.com -- that way, you'd go farther. Also, try Refer-it.com for a good affiliate/reseller listing.
