Wanted: People to help with link campaign

YungCEO member here gave me a good idea by putting up his post here about hiring younger entreprenuers to help with a link popularity campaign. I myslef am getting ready to start mine. (actually sent out first batch of emails today)

I also am looking for some people to help with getting my site listed on directories, websites, etc.

I will pay .10 per link....

This would be a great job to start. How do you qualify the people to insure they are not posting any offensive posts which would reflect badly on the link they are trying to promote?

Basically all the job will be is data entry. Putting the website info into directories, etc.

I wouldnt have the person doing actual link requests etc...
